Each of them were in the downtown area, but the deaths were ruled to be medical and unrelated. An unnamed member of the police took it upon himself to look into the deaths, collecting a series of interviews with witnesses and those close to the deceased. The connections between the victims and similarities in eye-witness testimony haunted the officer, though he had no reason to carry on with his investigation. So, he collected his audio files and emailed them to you, who he knows will find them to be of interest. He hopes you will be able to make sense of the madness, or at the very least, share in his.
