RAIN CYCLE: A Denver Soundwalk

RAIN CYCLE: A Denver Soundwalk

Denver
OPEN 5am-11pm. All ages appropriate. Installed in Denver's Cheesman Park, Rain Cycle is a soundwalk composed by Divya Maus, and commissioned, recorded, and produced by the L.A. Choral Lab. The soundwalk includes four choral movements surrounded by nature sounds and smaller musical structures, all created with only the voices of LA Choral Lab singers. You can start the soundwalk from any direction, through the outer layers of nature sounds to reach the four longer movements within the park. The chronology and duration of the experience is totally up to you! Rain Cycle is a FREE public work of art. However, this soundwalk is the result of many months of composing, recording, and programming by the musicians of the L.A. Choral Lab. We would love to create more innovative content like this for the public to enjoy, but we need your help to do so! Please consider donating and supporting our mission to bring you more contemporary music experiences like this one here: Donate to LA Choral Lab If you are interested in singing any of the movements of Rain Cycle with your choir, sheet music can be found at www.divyamaus.com More info about the L.A.
