**Sounding Peace** is a sonic memorial to peace and peacekeeping, created in collaboration with veterans of the British armed forces and their families. What are the people here like? How do they live? What do you think people think about you? What do you want people to know about you? What do you want to tell the world? Students from the guildford school of acting worked in partnership with guildford action to create this piece of audio theatre. The stories you'll hear come directly from the community at guildford action. Prompted by questions about how they are perceived and what they would like to share with the world and a map of Guildford, together, they devised a tour giving an authentic view of life. We start here at Guildford action, the real ‘heart of Surrey’ for many people.
