The Stirling Ghost Walk

Witch Walk: Margaret Keir is a woman in her 40’s struggling to survive during the late 1650s. The Witchcraft Act has claimed her friend Bessie Stevenson as well as a handful of other women in Stirling. Margaret is terrified that she shall be next. This fictional story is based on the true-events of the witch trials that occurred in 1659 in Stirling. Except for Margaret Keir, the names of all the tried witches are real.

Jack Monroe was just 29 years old when he was found dead in the early hours of a quiet Sunday morning in April 2022. These are his final hours. The walk begins outside the Kings Street entrance to Wetherspoons Listener note: the following contains some strong language and describes scenes of aggression. Please remain in a location until the audio has finished playing before moving on.
