Stop for a moment. Look at the water and  close your eyes. watch your breath and as listening to the music imagine yourself descending in the water. what do you see, feel, touch? Open your eyes and keep walking after the music is over.

Keep walking slowly until you see a bench on the left hand side, next to the river. Take a seat and close your eyes, watch your breath as you listen to the beats. Imagine yourself ascending out of the water for the first time. How would that feel like?
