Over the end of year break, a lot of things in life changed as well as a mindset. this echo follows a walk i did every day to improve my well being. its very important to me.

Everyone knows that undeniable feeling of that first sip, whether it be a warm coffee on a cool day or the kick up the but you need. The rumble of the kettle is a homely feeling.

In this day and age we often find ourselves surrounded by concrete, steel and other man made things. But when you are lucky... you can sometimes come across a little patch of nature that which reminds you where we truely are.

We live in large built up areas, sometimes when you come across the right spot you can see above everything else and get a real view of the place we will and its puts things in perspective.

Some of us need a little extra kick and supporting local businesses whether its coffee you're looking for or a bite to eat. OURS cafe its the way to go.

With coffee in hand its a great idea to follow it up with a relaxing sit by the ocean to just take it all in. listening to the rumble and howl of the breeze...

Living in a coastal town often makes you take location for-granted, and its good to get back to your roots and explore what nature and the coast has to offer. Rock pools and the gentle trickle and lapping of the water as the tide says hello.
