299 Bach Mai str. Grilled pork (meatball or pork side) and rice noodle served with a dipping sauce (fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, papaya & carrot) and fresh herbs. Not exactly since when, Bun Cha has become a crucial part in Hanoian delicate cuisine. The original version of Bun Cha is a bit different from the modern version, which the pork is clipped to a stick of bamboo and chargrilled well. The pork then has also the smell of bamboo. A good chow is worth trying...
