As Above

W3W - firm.trim.really Composers: David McFarlane and Ugne Makselyte “As Above” is the first part of the two-part collaborative work As Above, So Below. The piece explores the sounds of movement of water, through water, on water, around water, and beside water. It is constructed from field recordings and vocal improvisations beside rivers and waterways in Kaunas, Lithuania, and recordings taken at Middlewood Locks using underwater microphones.
