Clare Read lives in Northamptonshire and works with people with severe and enduring mental health problems. In addition to having her Midsummer Monolith story accepted as part of the Dreams for Midsummer event and ebook, she was a finalist in MK Lit Festís 2023 writing competition, Green Spaces in the City, was shortlisted in the MAHA short story writing competition in 2022, and has been published in online literary journals.
