Bronte beach. Stopping by the beach and the naturally formed swimming spot ‘the bogey hole,’ there is an opportunity to cool off and enjoy the ocean. “Bogey” is the Aboriginal meaning ‘to bathe,’ a spot once used by the Indigenous people for food and living purposes. Depending on the tide, this part of the landscape can transform from a flat ocean to a series of naturally forming rock pools.
