Welcome to the first stop of this tour around Helvic Head in Rinn Ó gCuanach. The view in front of you is the beautiful Déise bay of Dungarvan. As you are looking out at the ocean, breathing in the crisp air, and noticing the sea breeze on your skin, reflect that in the place you are now standing, one hundred years ago someone else stood where you are, looking out at the exact same ocean, with the breeze on their face and the fresh air filling their lungs.
