This phenomena is described as the experience that humans hold ancient as well as recent memories in our veins and bodies and that these memories can be triggered and awakened to reveal both knowledge and trauma. Created by Jade Begay (Diné and Tesuque Pueblo) and Stina Hamlin (Cherokee/Choctaw descent).
