Programme Note This track is a binaural electroacoustic composition for one of my modules partly influenced by the style of Elainie Lillios’ Threads (1998). This, however, has quite an abstract style and approach, with a range of recorded sonic materials to maintain interest. Its structure is section based, and as it progresses there is more exploration and movement spatially. Audio synthesis such as granulation is another key feature in this composition. Sound processing in general intensifies as the composition progresses also.

Biography My name is Dejean and I’m a Music Technology & Audio Production student at the University of Kent. I had a vast amount of experience in music performance since my early childhood. I started getting interested in music technology during my later secondary school years and went on to study an extended diploma at The Brit School. My main interests include composition, sound design, beat making, recording & mixing.
