We’re now at the Student Centre, often called the heart of campus. Inside, you’ll find Starbucks, Tim Hortons, a campus store, and vendors that bring in crowds throughout the day. Students come here to study, eat, or connect with friends, but it’s almost never quiet. The constant mix of chatter, espresso machines, cash registers, and music from events creates an environment full of competing sounds. For neurodivergent students, focusing here can feel like standing in the middle of a storm — even if everyone else treats it like normal background noise.
