Inspired by the grand cafés of Paris, Balzac’s grew from a humble coffee cart into this welcoming space, opening its doors in a city already world-famous for theatre and culinary excellence. From that single café, the brand has since expanded across Ontario and beyond, yet Stratford remains the heart of its story.
