Wen Chow

We are now at the busy street of Maastricht, right next to the train station. It is an area of restaurants and hotels, a place where thousands of people pass by every day.

Here, surrounded by other restaurants, Wen Chow is located. Relatively small, decorated with neon signs building is a place, where Sam, a second generation Chinese owner, tries to popularize a traditional Asian cuisine. Sam was born and raised in the Netherlands and found himself in the gap of two different cultures.
