Com (Green rice)

When the first sign of autumn appears, that’s when you see a familiar green blended in Hanoian colorful life. Com is made from green sticky rice harvested in blossom period, roasted in many times, crashed and sieved. You cannot be rush in savoring Com. It’s something that you have to slowly absorb the scent, the taste into your soul. How surprise a simple street food can be so delicate right?
