For this exercise I wanted the participants to break away from the social norms we abide to in our daily lives, to break away from this structed way of interacting with the world and with those around us on campus and live a little in the uncomfortable. The exercise will be a mixture of guided instruction and mixed audio that is meant to enhance the experience of certain areas/environments.
