‘Rewind’ is a travelogue across time and place. It was originally composed in 2006, in Brighton. ‘Rewind’ contemplates on the role of memory and the trickery of dream in how we construct the realities we live in. What we believe to be true often is a cluster of long, interwoven threads of sensual registers, words, transmissions, memories and reflections; rewinding across our perceptual timeline. We are bound to a journey. ‘Rewind’ was slightly reworked in New York and was released in 2009 as part of the album ‘Loop over latitudes’ on Californian label n5MD. The track featured here is the original version of the track.
