Sound art that can be listened to with sounds from the environment, while being in the environment, sound in question: the highway. An ever present sound that haunts anyone on campus realizing how loud the world actually is. The idea is to turn the ambience and frequencies of the “highway hum” into a digestible and pleasing experience will also beginning engaged in the space that surrounds them in hopes of making them aware of the sounds they have tuned out and question weather; noise pollution can play a more positive part in our auditory environment, if the ideals of sound purity are really necessary for our well being. Can we make sounds Perceived as negative into a positive thing if there is no real solution.
