Welcome to the intersection of Main Street and Emerson. For many students, this is the first point of entry to campus. It’s a busy bus stop, especially during rush hour, with constant traffic rushing toward the hospital and into campus. To most, this is just the daily hum of the city. But for students with sensory sensitivities, the overwhelming blend of engines, horns, and brakes can cause immediate stress before they even step onto school grounds. What might be background noise to some can feel like chaos to others.
