Why did I choose the RC Harris Water Treatment Plant? Well, it's a stunning building with a great view of the lake, which I visited when go to the Beaches in summer.
This recording reflects a time I visited once school had finished and I had a entire summer to myself, and I was feeling optimistic and cheery.
