Building K is home to the two largest tiered seating amphitheatres at the UniSC Sunshine Coast Campus. Hundreds of undergraduate students come to this block to sit and lsiten to lecturers speak about topics for their courses. It is also home to the university faculty of arts and business, and has several offices, performance stages and music recording studios for creative students. It is also home to the maker space and unisc technical operations where equipment used for creative pursuits is stored.
