The Dark Walk by Heth Shah

Description – The Dark Walk. Through this binaural composition, I have aimed at constructing a unique escapade for the listener utilizing the beautiful and natural sounds of the forest like chirping birds, flora, and river streams. The composition also reflects a sense of danger through various peculiar events taking place within the forest, adding to a wilder feel. This work is an attempt to recreate the experience of a psychedelic walk through the tropical deciduous forests of India. As the walk proceeds through the day, one can hear the forest being heavily active and almost complete silence at night making space for a mysterious yet immersive experience.

Biography – Heth Shah I am an aspiring sound designer and what defines my music is the essence of lo-fi experience I build in my work through a combination DIY ethos of punk, chill-wave elements, and hypnogogic pop. I am as inclined towards composition, song writing and live looping as a I am towards sound recording and binaural audio scaping. I am always on an exploratory journey of creating music that reciprocates the natural element of sounds, and eventually establishing a sense of calmness and tranquillity throughout my work.
