As part of the Town's 3rd Annual Placemaking Week, we invite you to join us for a fun and interactive Jane's Walk where we explore whether trees can be meaningful places in our community! It won't be up to us to solve this mystery though, let's let the trees speak for themselves! This is a tech friendly activity for all ages and requires a smart phone with data coverage and ear phones. If you don't have one, please still join us and you can listen in on our device! We will meet at 6:00PM at the New Tecumseth Town Hall, located at 24 Tupper St. W. in Alliston. From there, we will undertake an approximately 45 min walk around the community, listening to the tales of our community's trees... to finally answer the question, can trees be places too?

This is a description based on a story about when I was young I witnessed and horrible accident and how I let my emotions get the best of me.

The audio pieces found in this walk will take you through two of my fondest memories that I believe have shaped my life, as well as a reminder that I am leaving for my future self and if applicable to you as well.
