This soundwalk is a sonic excavation of the former Stockport Power Station site. It was co-created with Stockport Communites. Some of the questions we explored through the process of creating our walk included: How do we make art about the environment in a toxic world? What do fungi teach us about cleaning-up polluted landscapes? What is the difference between the types of repair we already have and the decolonial cleaning that is needed?
