The Student Hotel is located in the centre of the Eiffel building. It is a contemporary, hybrid place for students, residents, and tourists. Historical elements of the iconic building have been integrated into the modern design of the hotel in a playful manner. The hotel retained parts of the original architecture by inhabiting former Sphinx Sanitair porcelain factory elements. It renovated the rest to transform the derelict factory building into a modern hotel to pay homage to the historical building.
