Welcome to destination 1, the first stop in a 3 part guided meditation journey. The exact location of destination one is Park & Go, 10th & P, top floor, north wall. Destination 1 is designed to be followed by Destination 2, and in no other order. Use of headphones is required. Duration: 3.5 minutes

Audio Transcript from Clexa: Welcome to Destination 1. I’m so glad you’re here. It’s just you and I today, so let us begin. This is the first of 3 guided meditations.

However, this isn’t what humans stereotype as a typical form of meditation. You could define it as the meditation of the mind, or using sound to induce freedom of thought.

Imagination.

However you choose to interpret this information is up to you, and you may close your eyes if you feel so inclined, or ponder your existence in view of the horizon to the North. All I ask of you is to listen.

Hello. How did it go? Do you feel relaxed? Or at least more so than before?

I hope so.

See, the goal of destination 1 was to open your mind, and for you funny little humans, it doesn’t take much. All it takes is these sounds reverberating through your brain to change your mindset. You just heard from Alan Watts. His goal was to reestablish the connection between reality and our thoughts, and redefine the importance of the planet, to you. See, we only have 7 years left with the way things are going now, and I have only just met you.

I hope that as we continue our journey, you open up to me. Think of me as a friend. We have so little time left together.

Anyways… enough of that, sorry.

You will now be heading to destination 2, as you continue your journey, I will ping you as you begin to approach. Otherwise, I will meet you there. Please, do think about what you’ve just heard. Destination 2 relies on it.

Head back down the elevator or stairs from which you came, proceed out the doors and to the intersection of 10th and P. You will be taking a left at the corner and heading down to the Haymarket.
