This short, little road at the foot of Cleveden Road hill, adjacent to the disused railway cutting that served Dawsholm Gasworks until the late 50s, was known as Balgray Row. This little road was once the site of 22 room and kitchen houses - miners cottages - There are now a row of colourful lockups and has become known to one local family as the Sneaky Path
