I invite you to use this experience to notice, to attend to the present, to the landscapes, to the flora and fauna, to the people who cross paths with you along the way. To notice how you begin to move through space, how you relate to these landscapes and how sensations emerge in your body. Begin to walk forward, foot to foot, and allow the experience to unfold...
