They sought out locations in the town and surrounding mountains to perform sound improvisations with their instruments: voice and modified piano accordion. Their improvisations responded to and interacted with the sounds of the environment, the local residents they encountered, and the acoustic properties of each location. ‘Suao Passersby’ invites you to visit the recording sites and hear their performances in-situ.
