Charlie and Robert, a team of famous ghost investigators, receive a voicemail from a young woman named Mary Dietrich reporting a set of odd cassette tapes she found in the house that she recently moved into with her husband. Robert claims the report is fake, while Charlie believes it's true. On his own, Charlie decides to pursue the report by calling Mary back.
