These Boots Were Made For Walking is a mobility-accessible sound experience located on the walkway behind the public toilets near the Baringa Skate Park.
The sounds featured in this clip are predominantly sounds of feet walking on different surfaces, including crunching on leaves, walking on gravel and shuffling in thongs. There are also ambient sounds of skateboarding and local cicadas and birds mixed into the track.
The image accompanying this sound features a manipulated photographic image composition. The background is a photo I took further along this footpath, further down the path where the path is a wooden walkway. It has a blue/green duo-tone filter applied. Superimposed over this is a cut-out image of a pair of gumboots, which have been manipulated with a yellow/orange duo-tone filter applied.
The background image is my own and the cutout image of the gumboots is a Canva stock image.
