Built in 1985, named after Patrick Haggerty, major donor and supporter of the Art and Science programs
Haggerty Science Center contains Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics departments, classrooms, research and teaching laboratories, and an observatory
Also available to all undergraduates is a Field Ecology course in Costa Rica and an Astronomy course (located in a different place every year), both of which satisfy Core requirements for science.
Those interested in the sciences should apply for the O’Hara Summer Institute – info available online. (or ask your Admission Counselor for more info!)
Posters on each floor are research projects that our students got to present in various conferences.
