(BETA VERSION) Composer JG Everest's site-specific spatial symphony, the "Library Woods Sound Garden", is comprised of two movements, composed spatially for the Library Woods at the Madeline Island Public Library in May 2023, where it premiered live over Memorial Day Weekend of that year. This virtual version was commissioned in May 2025. The first movement is entitled "LaPointed" (15 min) and the second movement is "MI Bells" (25 min). Library Woods features soprano and baritone saxophones played by Free Range Orchestra member (and longtime Island visitor) Matty Harris.
