The narration of the overall theme gives a detailed description of what the walk will entail. Across the history of time we have witnessed a global crisis become increasingly worse. The state of our environment is a result of inadequate change. Time and time again we keep hearing about the damaging effects plastic waste has on our environment. This form of visual evidence and destruction is yet to yield results required for us humans to understand that the damage is real. It is my purpose to take you on a Sound Walk where you will hear the ever-changing sounds of the Brisbane river. Your journey starts in the 1950’s and progresses forward to the present where you will hear and feel marine life changing in ways that is quite frightening.
