R- Barn Owl Nest Box

There is another Barn owl nest box here. During the breeding season, the male will roost separately to the rest of the family. As the chicks get bigger, the female will also find somewhere separate but close by, to get some rest. Having multiple nest boxes in the same territory provides space for the whole family.
