Urban Projections
Rebecca Smith (Urban Projections) is an artist creating immersive experiences with light, sound and projection. Working across public spaces, heritage sites and galleries, her practice combines new technologies with storytelling, community collaboration and place-based research. Through projection mapping, spatial audio and interactive installation, she explores connections between people, memory and landscape, often amplifying voices and histories that are overlooked. Her work has been presented nationally in festivals, museums and public realm commissions, creating experiences that invite audiences to listen, reflect and see familiar places differently.
