Verket Oxygen Harddrive Ouvertyr är komponerat på IDKA i Gävle och uruppfördes 2006 på Vågformfestivalen i Gävle.

Beskrivning av verket: I launched my harddrive into outer space. Its free and happy flying around, searching for the oxygen-star! You can hear in the end that the harddrive became one with this mysterious bright star.

Iréne Moneeo är en svensk tonsättare och ljudkonstnär, uppvuxen i Jämtland, med rötter på Gotland, som ofta kombinerar ljud och ljus i en kreativ symbios, där även egenkonstruerade instrument har ett viktigt utrymme. Hittar gärna nya scener & sammanhang för elektronisk konstmusik och skapar egna koncept i duon Moneeo.

Oxygen Harddrive Ouvertyr was composed at IDKA, in Gävle, Sweden, and premiered in August 2006 at the Vågform festival in Gävle.

Iréne Moneeo is a Swedish composer and sound artist, born and raised in Jämtland, with roots in Gotland, who often use a combination of sound and light in a creative symbiosis. Homebuilt instruments are also an important part of the process. Discovering new spaces and contexts for contemporary electronic music as well as creative concepts with the duo Moneeo. https://www.moneeo.com/

Audiorama - Hörspiel, Sound art and Electroacoustic Music

Audiorama initiates, plan and execute projects focusing on contemporary sound art, earplays and electroacoustic music. We commission, produce and present new works by composers, sound artists and dramatists. We collaborate with organizations, institutions and universities. Audiorama runs two festivals: Tonband (music) and Dramaton (Hörspiel). We also collaborate with a number of other festivals, some of them on a regular basis. Examples of the diverse projects we work on are Ljudbänken (“The Sound Bench”), a touring public sound art installation, and the PULS concert series in collaboration with EAU.
