The Pandemic of 2020 took its toll on everyone in different ways. I was affected by my health and wellbeing due to stress eating and staying at home. I could have given up and kept on getting out of shape, but I decided to turn things around and follow my goal of reaching a healthy lifestyle and physique. Three days of planning, trying, and persevering is all it took to give me the boost and drive I need to have an amazingly healthy next few months. It is a phase that I look back on with pride and joy because I never gave up, and I achieved a lot since I started.

Sound Walk

A series of killings that lasted from 2005-2006. It is under assumption that the three girls killed were by the same killer. The killer was never found and was nicknamed by the press, "the North York Butcher". Unlike many other Serial Killers the North York Butcher killed each of the victims in different ways however the abduction method and proximity was always the same.
