The Pandemic of 2020 took its toll on everyone in different ways. I was affected by my health and wellbeing due to stress eating and staying at home. I could have given up and kept on getting out of shape, but I decided to turn things around and follow my goal of reaching a healthy lifestyle and physique. Three days of planning, trying, and persevering is all it took to give me the boost and drive I need to have an amazingly healthy next few months. It is a phase that I look back on with pride and joy because I never gave up, and I achieved a lot since I started.
