Want to listen to the future? This soundscape transports you to an alien forest where you can listen to all of the curious critters one might expect a forest to behold.

Have you ever walked through an area and wondered how many memories have been shared there? Have you revisited places that are intertwined with memories that you made? Detach aims to walk the user through areas of Queens Park that have a personal attachment to me. Each Users are encouraged to sit down for a moment, enjoy the surroundings and use their imagination to visualise the area from my perspective. I have shared a lot of memories in Queens Park with those closest to me. Though a string of memories and emotions floods my mind above others. That which haunts us all, love. This piece speaks to the desire to relive our favourite memories, yet the knowledge that we cannot. The realisation that we perhaps need to detach ourselves from these memories we hold so tightly onto.

Here lies the happenings of the busy and abundant life of a Matsuri event held at Queensland Raceway. One of two events held each year, however, with the fast-changing environment of the banning of motor sporting events, who knows what will happen? So savour the smell of the burning rubber, the squeal of the tyres as they tear up the bitumen, and keep your eyes open for the fast-paced environment, savour it all while you can.

Redbank Plain Town Square Sound Walk This sound walk takes the busy, boring and usual sounds of shopping centres, transforms it, and delivers it in a way that is intriguing and memorable.

This walk is designed to simulate a prehistoric river where small dinosaur packs, mosquitos and flying creatures gather

This walk was recorded at John Oxley Reserve. It portrays the environment just beyond the treeline.

The sound walk is part of the activities for Week 3 workshops for DES304 Sensing Environments at Moreton Bay. Please note there isn't a concept or narrative to this walk, it is designed as an example for class this week.
