Identity is central to us, and it takes a lifetime to realize what we are. We’re a multitude of complex ideas and emotions that are perpetually changing, and this brief walk around Lake Balboa showcases four unique compositions to exemplify this. Accompanying these four sonic motifs is three poems written by local poet Amira Buckly that dive into the notions of our relationship with identity and will be read throughout your walk.

I'm a Los Angeles based musician, mixing, and recording engineer. Since I was a child I’ve had this intense enthusiasm for creation that transpired into a passion when I discovered rudimentary music software on my little Nintendo DS. Thankfully, I have since graduated from my Nintendo handheld and have since gone on to work extensively with sound in multiple forms. I am currently studying at The California Institute of the Arts for a bachelor's degree in Musical Arts/Experimental Pop with a minor in Digital Arts.
