The Douglas Library was built backward. (Fake legend among students) The architect built the Douglas Library this way because the dark power controlled him, and he voluntarily sacrificed himself upon the completion of the Douglas Library. It’s cursed. Ever since then, there's always been a ghost crying & chanting in the Douglas Library.

Welcome to the official guided audio tour of Queen's University Main and West campuses presented by the Queen's Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions Team in collaboration with the Queen's Campus Tours Program. This audio tour can be used while walking through campus, or while sitting at home! If using as a walking tour, the clips will play automatically once you reach the building. Soundscape compositions created for binaural headphone listening by students in MUSC255 (Electroacoustic Composition) in February-March 2019. The composition assignment called for engagement with a specific location on campus, gathering sounds from that place and working with them in the studio to create a sonic portrait of the site. Binaural audio requires headphones for listening, and should give a sense of sounds occurring 360 degrees around you.
