Soundscape compositions created for binaural headphone listening by students in MUSC255 (Electroacoustic Composition) in February-March 2019. The composition assignment called for engagement with a specific location on campus, gathering sounds from that place and working with them in the studio to create a sonic portrait of the site. Binaural audio requires headphones for listening, and should give a sense of sounds occurring 360 degrees around you. Thank you to Echoes for existing as an easy-to-use platform for geolocating these pieces to their sites. Enjoy exploring! MUSC255 is taught by Dr Matt Rogalsky.
