This soundWalk is an audio simulation of schizophrenia, It will allow the listener to experience what individuals who suffer from this particular disorder go through on a daily basis, within a public setting.

This particular, echo illustrates a simulation of schizophrenia within a public setting. In this particular echo, it's the street beach of Southbank. Which is a rowdy place, considering all the fountains the various individuals around running, screaming, conversing with one another.

This particular, echo illustrates a simulation of schizophrenia within a public setting. In this particular echo, it's within Woolworths Southport. This location is fairly noisy with constant RF scanners going off every few seconds, trolleys being push and individuals talking.

This particular, echo illustrates a simulation of schizophrenia within a public setting. In this particular echo, it's the Southbank markets, which are held every Saturdays and Sundays. This location was very rowdy, with the sounds constant people talking, cutlery from the near by cafes and bars etc.

This particular, echo illustrates a simulation of schizophrenia within a public setting. In this particular echo, its the BusWay, this place was very hectic, had a lot of buses constantly coming and going, and the sounds of their hissing echoing as the buses come to and from an intial stop.

In this particular echo, it's the Goodwill Bridge, this location had a lot of echoed sounds coming from the nearby motorway. Aside from that, there was a constant flow of people coming and going either walking or cycling as the bridge is intended for.

The importance of creativity and human imagination is becoming clearer than ever in this expanding world. My soundwalk focuses on this statement in the context of Griffith University campuses throughout South Bank and South Brisbane. Being a creative student myself, I get to experience fully what it is like to struggle with your own voice and working out how to yell above the hundreds of other unique voices. There is certain repetition to every creative project completed within the walls of university campuses; the brainstorm, the rush, the disappointment or pride. There is a certain beauty to these early days of learning and struggle. This is what I wanted to represent in my soundwalk; a look into the life of a creative student.
