Have you ever wondered what a tree is thinking? Well, assuming that thoughts are just signals that pass through our heads... Your available area is the Quad; more specifically, all of the trees within the Quad. Begin in the center, where the main paths intersect. Once you're there, start the walk.

You will need: -scratch paper -a pen or pencil Welcome to the University of Washington's Magical Aptitude Exam! This placement test will be used to determine your existing connection to the arcane as well as how it may develop at our institution. Please contact your advisor for more information.

The University of Washington campus has been walked by many people through many years. Crumbling buildings stand beside those with paint still drying, and who knows how many footprints hide underneath the layers of soil and concrete. This walk will take you through time to explore a story of love and loss that lies just below the veil of our world. Begin on the Northeastern-most end of the quad -- between the art and music buildings -- and walk through the quad towards Red Square. For the fullest experience, this walk should be done during Suzzallo Library hours.

Uh oh! The police think you've robbed a bank and stole a diamond, and now you're on the run! Better move those legs, or else you might get arrested! This run starts in front of Hutchinson Hall and ends with Red Square.

Experience Earth first-hand in the years before the collapse of civilization! Walk to the northern-most echo on the map, at the north end of the quad, close your eyes, then hit play. Follow the instructions that you hear. Music by Max Richter

Did you hear something? Whose voice is that? What do they want? Begin at the main doors to Hutchinson Hall. Listen for clues on where to turn next. The map may be blank, but if you're as clever as the crow flies, and as silly as a snow goose, you'll find the answer just beyond the garden at the end of this rabbit hole of questions in no time. ***NOTE: This is a work in progress, so be sure to pulldown to update to the latest version. This is also a large Echo file and may need to be downloaded to play properly. It works best when the app is kept open otherwise the echoes might not continue to trigger. If the echoes stop triggering, try the "pause/play" and "locate me" buttons. In this walk you will travel at least 0.6 miles and navigate stairs.
